A room-by-room deep cleaning checklist
The cleaner works through the agreed rooms and priorities within the booked time. The quote identifies detailed tasks and any specialist treatment priced separately.
Kitchen grease and surfaces
We clean agreed worktops, hob, splashback, sink and cupboard fronts. Oven, fridge and empty cupboard interiors need time allocated in the quote. Products must suit the finish.
Bathrooms and shower rooms
The agreed list can cover the bath, shower screen, basin, toilet, taps and tiled surfaces. We assess products for limescale and soap deposits; worn sealant and damaged grout may still need repair.
Bedrooms, living rooms and hallways
Reachable ledges, skirtings, doors, handles and furniture surfaces are followed by vacuuming and suitable floor mopping. Internal glass and furniture movement are included only where agreed.
Preparing for your deep cleaning visit
The three-hour minimum is a booking minimum, not a promise to deep-clean a whole property in three hours. Size, condition and the detailed tasks determine the time required.
Agree the list and supplies
Review the rooms, priority jobs and any appliance interiors when confirming the quote. The £23 hourly option uses your materials and equipment; £26/hour includes our cleaning materials. Request the £45 equipment package if needed.
Make the surfaces accessible
Clear paperwork and personal items from areas you want cleaned. Empty cupboards and appliances if their interiors are included. Let us know about fragile finishes, pets, access restrictions and furniture that must stay in place.
Separate specialist treatments
Carpet, rug, sofa and mattress treatments need their own assessment and price. Vacuuming during a deep clean does not include extraction cleaning. Building dust after renovation belongs under after builders cleaning; an inventory checkout belongs under end of tenancy cleaning.

Will three hours cover my whole home?
Not necessarily. Three hours is the minimum booking. Tell us the room counts, condition and priority tasks so we can confirm a suitable allocation of time and a total before booking.
Are ovens and cupboard interiors included?
Include these in your request so they can be allowed for in the quote and cleaning time. Empty cupboards and the fridge before a booked interior clean. Do not assume all appliance interiors are included in a minimum visit.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Choose £23/hour with your materials and equipment, or £26/hour with our cleaning materials. Equipment is a separate £45 package when requested: vacuum, mop, bucket, step ladder, window vacuum and handheld steamer. The quote confirms the kit needed for your tasks.
Can I add carpet or upholstery cleaning?
Yes, request those treatments in the same enquiry. List the carpeted rooms and furniture separately. Suitability, price and availability are confirmed separately from the hourly deep clean.
Should I book this service when moving out?
For an inventory inspection and key handover, choose end of tenancy cleaning. That service has property-based prices and a 7-day re-clean guarantee. One-off deep cleaning is intended for a detailed clean of the home you continue using.
