How we work in your home

Our published prices separate hourly home cleaning, carpet and upholstery item rates, and end of tenancy prices by property size. Carpet and upholstery each have a £65 standalone minimum; regular and one-off home cleaning have a three-hour minimum. Individually quoted services show the full visit total before booking.

Our end of tenancy cleaning follows the agreed checkout list. After a renovation, after builders cleaning focuses on the dust and residue left by the work.
- A home to live in
Choose a one-off deep clean for a kitchen or bathroom that needs detailed attention, or regular domestic cleaning for weekly or fortnightly upkeep.
- The things you use every day
We plan carpet cleaning by room and stairs, upholstery cleaning by piece, and mattress cleaning by size and surface. The material and its condition help us choose the treatment.
Our end of tenancy promise
If we miss an area on your agreed end of tenancy checklist, email us within seven days of completion. Tell us the room and the item, and we’ll arrange to return and re-clean that area at no extra charge.
